Made by hand, one business at a time

Businesses rebuilt, one at a time.

I rebuild how small businesses show up online, then build the automation and AI that runs quietly behind it.

Selected concepts

A few I keep coming back to.

Each one started with a real small business whose website had fallen behind. I studied it, then rebuilt it as a working concept, in the business's own language. None of them are client projects.

Concept · Pottery studio · AustraliaA handcrafted pottery studio site that puts class booking, real instructor schedules and a merchandised gallery shop ahead of a cluttered community page.Concept · Wood flooring · United KingdomA warm, craft-led flooring site that shows real finished floors, sets out the services clearly and makes a quote easy to ask for.Concept · Oyster bar · New ZealandA fresh, local oyster-bar site that leads with real provenance and atmosphere, puts the full menu in easy reach, and makes reserving a table effortless.Concept · Orthotics clinic · New ZealandA calm, credentials-first orthotic clinic site that keeps assessment booking and every clinic's phone number within easy reach.Concept · Holiday cottages · United KingdomA photography-led island holiday-lets site that compares every stay, answers real travel questions and tells the owners' story.Concept · Brewery · United KingdomA tactile, heritage-craft brewery site that turns the beer range into a browsable library and invites people to the taproom.Concept · Podiatry clinic · United KingdomA calm, unhurried foot-care clinic site that puts credentials and the phone number first.Concept · Pool hall · New ZealandA dark, warm, characterful pool-hall site that feels like walking in at night, with group bookings and directions easy to find.Concept · Tapas bar · United KingdomA warm regional tapas-bar site that brings its own heritage story, full priced menu and dietary honesty to the front, with table booking always close by.Concept · Karate school · United KingdomA disciplined, mobile-friendly martial-arts site that puts its lineage and standing front and centre, with a clear path in and easy contact.Concept · Winery & bistro · AustraliaA winery-and-bistro site that brings the old mill’s texture on screen, with wines, events and opening hours up front.Concept · Florist · United KingdomA calm, image-led florist site that lets the flowers lead, states the delivery area plainly, and keeps the phone one tap away.

What I do

Two things, in this order.

1

How you show up online

A new website built from what you already have: your photos, your services, your words. Made for phones first and written in your customers' language.

2

What runs behind it

When you are ready: enquiries answered, bookings in one place, and the repetitive admin handled by software I build around how you already work, much of it with AI.

How I work

You see it before you decide anything.

  1. 01

I look at what's already public

Your current site, your photos, your reviews, what you actually sell and who walks through the door.

  2. 02

    I build a working concept

Real pages in modern code, in your language, down to the interior pages. Desktop and phone. Not a mock-up or a slide.

  3. 03

    You decide

If you like it, we talk about making it real. If not, say so and the preview comes down. No pressure either way.

  4. 04

    Then the software

Once the front door works, the useful part: automations and custom tools that save hours every week.

About

One person, not an agency.

I'm Rahul Soni. I build custom software for hard business problems, much of it with AI.

The concepts on this site are unsolicited. The businesses did not ask for them and are not my clients; they are shown to demonstrate the kind of work I do.
